Reserva / Alto de Pinheiros

Reserva Alto de Pinheiros is a residential project with a very contemporary aesthetic. The condominium consists of three four-story towers that are joined by shared common areas and beautiful gardens carefully designed, which merge with the neighborhood’s green landscape, in the west side of São Paulo.

On the façade of the buildings, the large frames, as well as the brises du soleil, are the highlights of the project. These elements work like a second skin, by proposing an interesting hide-and-reveal game. This solution helps to provide privacy for residents at the same time it dialogues with natural conditions such as sunlight and cross ventilation.
