Jazz Villa Pinheiros is a project inspired by a period of transformation and the revitalization of this region in the city of São Paulo. The idea was to reference this aspect by harmonizing post-industrial and modern styles.

The apartments were created for residents who have chosen to live their lives creatively and innovatively, without losing their connection with what’s classic.
