Opening in 2021, the tower of the 18-story condominium in Miami Beach, Florida, has an interior design project by Anastassiadis.

The art curation and refined choice of contemporary and elegant furniture reflect all the glamour of Miami Beach in the common areas. The lobby area, as well as the Party Room / Bar of Ocean 57, features exclusive furniture and lighting fixtures created specifically for the project.

The spa, on the other hand, proposes a holistic approach that ruptures with the line between the exterior and the interior. The area also showcases outdoor Italian furniture, which complements the relaxing atmosphere.
